you may return unworn, unwashed, unaltered items purchased at fbrc.la within 14 days of delivery. all returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
returns are eligible for a refund or store credit equal to the item's price, less shipping costs. exchanges are not available at this time.
if your item arrives damaged, email us within 14 days to arrange a replacement.
to return an item:
- email shop@fbrc.la with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- once your request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label.
- affix the label, then drop your parcel at the carrier's nearest collection point.
- after we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund or credit note.
sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
unapproved returns that are shipped back to us may be denied.
