Agreement to terms

By accessing or using https://fbrc.la (the “Site”) and our products or services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity under it. If you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you consent to your minor dependents’ use where applicable.

Platform & availability

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Service availability may vary due to maintenance, system failures, or factors beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

Pricing, payments & taxes

All prices are in USD unless noted. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processor(s) to charge the order total to your selected payment method. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order. Orders; limits; billing information

We may refuse or cancel any order, and may limit quantities per person, household, account, payment card, or address. We may attempt to notify you via the contact details provided. Product information & availability

We aim for accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, sizing, and imagery, but errors may occur. Colors may vary by device; measurements include reasonable tolerances. We may change or discontinue products at any time. Any offer is void where prohibited.

Shipping & delivery

Orders typically leave our California warehouse within 1–3 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. Transit times depend on destination and carrier. Current details: fbrc.la/shipping

International orders (if/when available): Import duties, taxes, and fees are set by your local authority and are the recipient’s responsibility. We do not control these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

Return eligible items within 14 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Refunds or store credit equal to the item price are issued less shipping costs after inspection.

Exchanges are not available at this time.

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 14 days to arrange a replacement.

Unapproved returns may be denied.
